Mr. Mockbee is the Chief Executive Officer for View Point Senior Care, a management company that owns and operates Sunshine Village, an 98 bed memory care facility in Phoenix, Paseo Village a 115 bed assisted living and memory care facility in Peoria, and Fairmont Village a 90 bed memory care facility, also in Peoria.

Mr. Mockbee graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics. He received his Nursing Home Administrator License in 2002 and Assisted Living Manager License in 2003. Mr. Mockbee served on the Arizona Health Care Association Board of Directors from 2008-2018 and served as the President from 2015 — 2018. He also served nationally as an at-large member for the National Centers for Assisted Living Board of Directors from 2015 - 2021.

Throughout his career in long term care, Mr. Mockbee has received a Facility Leadership Award from the American College of Health Care Administrators, three national Quality Awards from the American Health Care Association, and numerous zero deficiency surveys in both his skilled nursing and assisted livings from the Arizona Department of Health Services.

Ms. Mockbee is the Chief Operating Officer for View Point Senior Care, a management company that owns and operates Sunshine Village, a 98 bed Memory Care facility in Phoenix, Paseo Village, a 115 bed Assisted Living and Memory care facility in Peoria, and Fairmont Village, a 90 bed Memory Care facility, also in Peoria.

Ms. Mockbee has been associated with the long- term care industry for over 20 years. She received her Nursing Home Administrator license in 2004 and Assisted Living Managers License in 2015. She operated a large complex, Skilled Nursing Facility for 10 years with specialty in post-acute care for medically complex patients, a specialized behavior unit for residents with behaviors related to a serious mental illness or traumatic brain injury, a secured dementia care unit, and a traditional long-term care unit and stayed consist with excellent state surveys by the Department of Health.

Ms. Mockbee is an active member in the local community and long-term care professional associations. She has been active in the American College of Health Care Administrators and has served as the President Elect, President, and Past President. She is also actively involved with the Arizona Health Care Association.

Ms. Best started her career in long term care at Beatitudes Campus of Care in 1977. During her 23 years of employment, she became the Staff Accountant/Business Office Manager.

Ms. Best continued her career joining Senior Living Options, LLC as the financial controller of several of the entities that were managed by Senior Living Options for 11 years.

In 2013, Ms. Best transitioned to the Chief Financial Officer for View Point Senior Care, she currently oversees all aspects of the accounting for the three properties.

Julia Lesselyong is a licensed clinical psychologist. She obtained her Masters Degree and Doctor of Psychology at University of the Rockies in Colorado Springs. She completed an internship at the Institute on Aging in San Francisco, CA. She worked at the San Francisco Veterans Administration working on research related dementia and mental health in older adults. She has worked administering neuropsychological testing to diagnostic clarification for people with cognitive impairment.

For the past 10 years, she has been the Clinical Director of Behavioral Health at numerous Assisted Living and Skilled Nursing Facilities developing and operating programs for people with dementia related behavioral problems and serious mental illness who have not been able to live safely in less restrictive environments. The primary focus of her practice is to develop programs and train staff on utilizing non-pharmacological approaches to behavioral management for older adults in long term care.

Since 2013, she has been the Clinical Director for all of View Point Senior Care facilities, she has helped create innovative and dementia training for all employees, which has improved dementia care.

Ms. Walp is the Regional Director of Operations for View Point Senior Care. She oversees operations for Paseo Village, Sunshine Village and Fairmont Village. Ms. Walp has worked in the long-term care industry for over 20 years. She graduated in 2013 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Administration. She received her Nursing Home Administrator license in 2014 and Assisted Living Managers License in 2015.

After receiving her Nursing Home Administrator license, Ms. Walp operated a large skilled nursing facility and Assisted Living Center, each for one year. In 2016, Ms. Walp began serving as the Executive Director of Paseo Village, where she developed and led a successful team for 7 years. Under her leadership, Paseo Village received a National Quality Award from the American Health Care Association and several deficiency free surveys from The Arizona Department of Health. Paseo Village was featured in Arizona Ranking Top 10 Assisted Living Communities 2018-2022.

Ms. Walp has been actively involved with many long-term care associations. She has served on the board of American College of Health Care Administrators since 2017. She has also been involved with several committees with the Arizona Health Care Association.

In late 2022, Ms. Walp transitioned to the Regional Director of Operations for View Point Senior Care.
